Initially seen in the beginning of the film, Cyclops is a citizen of Halloowen Town. He appears with grey hair, a singular large yellow eye, pointy ears and hooves. When Mr. Hyde asks him "Wasn't it terrifying?", Cyclops notably replies with "What a night!", while Hyde clutches a chain around him. Meanwhile, The One Hiding Under The Stairs bears a striking resemblence to the Sandworm from Beetlejuice, has a happy-go-lucky attitude, and enjoys scaring people, more out of good-natured fun than actual ill intent.
