Celebrating over 20 years of the Lord of the Rings movies, Weta Workshop are commemorating the event with a brand new series of polystone Middle-earth statues featuring classic characters in their signature pose and clothing.

Sculpted by Daniel Cockersell, David Tremont and Leonard Ellis, Bilbo has been captured in the epic moment he starts writing the story that will be loved by all. Crafted with incredible attention to detail, each and every element of the 1/6th scale statue has been meticulously considered. Notice the realistic wood grain along the desk and chair, along with the realistic pleats and folds in Bilbo's clothing. Bilbo's life-like facial sculpt is enhanced by his iconic pose, creating the perfect scene for any LOTR fan's collection.

It takes hundreds of hours to design, sculpt model make, mold, and paint the prototype for each new Middle-earth piece. Whether it be a prop replica, beautiful environment or iconic character, Weta Workshop treat their collectibles with the same level of care and attention to detail that they bring to their film work. Weta Workshop was intrinsically involved in the design and manufacture of physical effects for all three films.
