This much-needed compilation brings together all the singles from one of Australia's greatest 80s garage-psych-punk bands, pressed on appropriately lime-green wax in limited quantities. From their early splash on the Green and Citadel labels with Slave Girl and Out Of Control through to their Virgin Records era.

The ten tracks collected here capture a band who made an instant impact on the Australian alternative scene and even cracked the US college charts, with their music landing on the soundtrack to the 1987 Jon Cryer teen comedy Hiding Out.

Formed in 1979 and fronted by Mick Blood, The Lime Spiders are an iconic Australian rock band celebrated for their blistering blend of 1960s garage rock, psychedelia, and punk, often described as the Sex Pistols on acid.
