Out of fear of the gods, Lycaon offered Zeus blood sacrifices, the blood of innocent travellers whose bodies became part of his banquets, for in Lycaon’s house nothing was wasted. One day when a traveller arrived at his door, Lycaon offered him a place at his table despite being warned he could be a god. With his last words "Lycaon they call you and in Lycan you will become”, Zeus cursed Lycaon with the wrath of the gods, transforming the man into the beast that dwelled within. Now every decade Lycaon is given the chance to redeem himself by simply not consuming human flesh… to this day he has not succeeded.

Standing at a terrifying 27” tall, the incredible Lycan 1/4 Scale Statue has been expertly designed by the artists at Dream Figures using inspiration from the myths and literature surrounding the haunting werewolf creatures.
