Directed by James Whale and produced by Universal Pictures, The Bride of Frankenstein is a 1935 American horror film praised for its striking visual style and memorable performances that have stood the test of time. Elsa Lanchester plays the Bride, who is best known for her spectacular hairstyle—a tall, spiky crest with long white streaks—created by the film’s make-up artist, Jack Pierce.

This time, X PLUS proudly presents a reimagining of this iconic horror figure as a 1/8 scale plastic model kit. Standing at 25cm tall the kit offers two display options: her initial state, wrapped in bandages, and her revived form, showcasing her iconic hairstyle in exquisite detail. Additionally, the gown is detachable, allowing you to display her in just the bandages if preferred.

To enhance the kit’s appeal, included are detailed lab tools that can be placed anywhere on the diorama, which is shaped like her bed. The bed can be displayed with or without lightning bolts, adding another layer of customization.
