Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger (1977) - Minaton 19” Statue
Draw your sword and raise your shield, it’s time to face the mighty servant of the evil sorceress as the Minaton 19” Statue charges into your collection.
Based on the classic stop-motion fantasy film Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger, the Minaton 19” Statue captures one of Ray Harryhausen’s greatest creations with the terrifying bronze automaton that exists only to serve the will of its master. Powered by a clockwork heart, this large metal Minotaur has the strength of many men and towers over normal humans.
Traditionally sculpted by the artisans of the famed creature shop of Kaibutsuya, this detailed Minaton statue is made from polyresin and stands impressively at almost 20” tall with a huge spear held in his right hand, beautifully replicating the animation puppet created by stop-motion genius Ray Harryhausen. Each piece has been hand-painted for added accuracy to look like it has a Bronze finish.
