For years they have been unleashing their anger in front of rabid crowds who have helped them sell millions of albums without MTV or heavy radio airplay, and now they are back with a new album of their most dynamic, fierce and unruly rock to date. Taking on a new sound with this album, Pantera incorporate sludgier aspects and bring back a hint of their glam days with some metal focused guitar work. The album is a welcome return to the band’s stripped-down, 12-bore approach: big riffs, big aggression and less dirge.
