One of the oldest NBA rivalries was renewed as the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Boston Celtics in a classic seven game series. Earning his 5th title and 2nd consecutive NBA Finals MVP award, Kobe Bryant averaged 28.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 3.9 assists during the series.
