Soundtrack to the remarkable Ghibli short film, "Mr. Dough and the Egg Princess”, this release contains the brilliant score, arranged by Joe Hisaishi, and based on Antonio Vivaldi's "La Folia." The LP contains 7 tracks as well as a laser etching on side B, housed in a high quality sleeve jacket.

The soundtrack of "Mr.Dough and the Egg Princess", a movie which can only be seen at the Mitaka no Mori Ghibli Museum, sees Joe Hisaishi reconstruct Vivaldi's ''La Folia'' with a modern approach. The music from the play is recorded so that it can be listened to as a suite. This is also a remastered album, with new artwork, gorgeous specifications, a full explanation, and liner notes. Moreover, this album has never been released in analog format before.
