Turn You On is the debut LP from Melbourne quintet Leatherman, a thoroughly rockin' slab of twin-guitar action, sweet melodies, and riffs aplenty. Drawing inspiration from classic 70s rock and the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal sounds of the 80s, the band hit hard with tracks like Heartbeater Cheetah and Cigarettes Will Thrill U from the very first spin.

Operating as something of a low-key supergroup, the five-piece brings together members of Clowns, Cable Ties, and LOTHARIO among others, channelling decades of combined experience into a debut that sounds like it was made by a band who have been doing this their whole lives.

Leatherman are a Naarm/Melbourne-based hard rock and power-pop band consisting of Annabel Brown on vocals, Jake Laderman on drums, Shauna Boyle on bass, Jarrod Goon on guitar, and Ben Redlich on guitar, blending glam-inflected power-pop with the raw drive of early heavy metal.
