‘Donuts’ is the second studio album by American rapper and producer J Dilla and initially released on February 7 2006. Celebrate the 20th anniversary with this release that includes a bonus track.

Three days before J Dilla’s death on February 10 2006, Donuts was the last album to be released by the legendary producer in his lifetime. Despite being frequently in and out of hospital due to lupus and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), J Dilla put together what was originally just a demo tape with the help of Jeff Jank to create this sample filled instrumental masterpiece. With standout tracks like “Workinonit”, “Last Donut Of The Night”, and “Stop”, this is essential listening for fans both new and old of J Dilla.
