However, on Saturnia, these creative visions have melded together to form his most intricate and unified body of work yet, marking a significant milestone in Watson's career.

The expanded dimension of Saturnia owes much to the lockdown period, during which Watson experienced a hiatus in his touring schedule and the welcoming of his second child into the world. Throughout this extended break, he dedicated considerable time to refining the musical arrangements, a fact that becomes apparent in the suite-like compositions that feature prominently on the album. The exquisite string arrangements, conceived by the talented New York violinist and composer Jesse Kotansky, seamlessly interweave with Watson's dynamic synth melodies, evocative drum fills, and the electrifying guitar riffs, creating a harmonious and captivating musical tapestry.
