Guerilla Toss - You’re Weird Now LP Vinyl Record (Loser Edition Bright Yellow Coloured Vinyl)

When NYC’s experimental dance-punk chaos agents Guerilla Toss decamped to rural Vermont to record their new full-length You’re Weird Now, frontwoman Kassie Carlson had one rule: punk lunch. What’s punk lunch, you ask? It’s the art of diving into the studio fridge, foraging for whatever bizarre scraps were left, and crafting a sandwich so unhinged it practically moshed on the plate.

Joining in these culinary experiments were two unlikely but perfect guests: Stephen Malkmus (yes, that Stephen Malkmus from Pavement and The Jicks) and Trey Anastasio, the Phish maestro himself—and also the owner of The Barn, the legendary studio where this whole weird adventure went down. Malkmus was on production duties, while engineering came courtesy of Bryce Goggin (a Malkmus mainstay since Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain) and Ben Collette, Phish’s longtime studio wizard.

With You’re Weird Now, Guerilla Toss aren’t just bridging musical worlds—they’re throwing a genre-defying dance party in the space between them.

You’ll like this if you like: Black Midi, Deerhoof, The Garden, Primus, Boredoms, LCD Soundsystem, The Mae Shi

This limited ‘Loser Edition’ is pressed on bright Yellow Coloured Vinyl.
