Everything Everything - Raw Data Feel LP Vinyl Record (Clear Vinyl)
‘Raw Data Feel’ is the sixth studio album by English alt rock/pop band Everything Everything and released on May 20 2022. Inspired by experiences with artificial intelligence, 5% of the entire album's lyrics are written by an AI bot named Kevin who was created by frontman Jonathan Higgs and Mark Hanslip from the University of York. The advertising campaign and cover art is also provided by Kevin.
Don't worry, the other 95% of the lyrics and all of the music is human made with an emphasis on the issues of technology reliance to deal with trauma taking centre stage as the story flows from song to song until the conclusion at the end of Side B. This is Everything Everything at their most creative and their usual sound doesn't suffer from it, instead helping them to emphasize their vision.
If you love Foals, Alt-J, or The Wombats, you’ll love Everything Everything's Raw Data Feel.
