Born from a moment of creative doubt in a Los Angeles studio, mastermind Jessica Dobson channelled uncertainty into something electrifying, transforming self-doubt into an opportunity to find new freedom, belief, and strength.

The album joins a lineage of records that have found newly ornate and magnetic ways to make indie rock by discarding notions of how it must sound or what it must say. Recorded between Los Angeles and the Seattle home studio Dobson shares with partner and drummer Peter Mansen, Billboard Heart crackles with atmospheric energy and hard-won conviction from start to finish.

Hailing from Seattle, Deep Sea Diver is spearheaded by singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jessica Dobson, whose blend of atmospheric soundscapes and guitar-driven indie rock has earned the band tours alongside Pearl Jam and Death Cab for Cutie.
