Current 93 – Swastikas For Noddy LP Vinyl Record (Picture Disc)
A surreal hymn, a hallucinatory playground, and a pivotal moment in experimental music—Swastikas For Noddy returns in a beautifully remastered picture disc edition from the enigmatic world of Current 93. Originally released in 1988, Swastikas For Noddy marks a kaleidoscopic shift in the Current 93 canon, where David Tibet leans fully into esoteric absurdism, psychedelic imagery, and warped nursery rhymes.
Initially recorded alongside Imperium in a West London basement, the record was both condemned and celebrated. Famously described as “demented children on drugs singing Simon & Garfunkel in a playground.” To Tibet, that meant success. Remastered by The Bricoleur at Bladud Flies! and adorned with refreshed artwork by Rob Hopeye, this limited edition 12" vinyl picture disc comes housed in a full-colour die-cut sleeve, printed inside and out.
Part of a series of Current 93 reissues, this release is strictly limited and will not be repressed in picture disc format once sold out.
If you love Nurse With Wound, Coil, or Psychic TV, you’ll be love Current 93’s Swastikas For Noddy.
