Celebrate 40 years of Virgins & Philistines, the acclaimed debut album from The Colourfield, with this newly remastered 2LP edition, pressed on exclusive yellow coloured vinyl for Record Store Day 2025.

Formed by Terry Hall (of The Specials and Fun Boy Three), The Colourfield blended 1960s and 1970s pop influences with lush string arrangements to craft a sound that was uniquely their own. Produced by legendary Hugh Jones (Echo & The Bunnymen, Simple Minds), the album features the beloved hit Thinking of You alongside other standout tracks like Castles In The Air and Hammond Song.

This expanded anniversary edition includes a bonus disc featuring non-album singles and B-sides, offering fans a deeper dive into The Colourfield’s sophisticated, cinematic sound.

However, sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some sort of manufacturing issue thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. Popcultcha will only accept returns, process refunds, or exchange goods if we are contacted or notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods at your nominated delivery address.
