Cobi: World War II - Flakpanzer IV Wirbelwind Executive Edition 1/28th Scale Construction Set (1195 Pieces)

Wirbelwind was a German self-propelled anti-aircraft gun used during World War II. It was based on the Panzer IV tank chassis and was armed with a four-barrel 2cm Flakvierling 38 anti-aircraft gun. The Wirbelwind could fire at high speed at air targets, providing anti-aircraft support for ground units. It was part of a wider family of anti-aircraft vehicles used by the German armed forces in various combat roles. Its production began in difficult war conditions in 1944. The exact number of units produced is not known.

The Flakpanzer IV Wirbelwind EXECUTIVE EDITION model consists of 1,195 construction blocks and was designed in a scale of 1:28. Unlike the release of the standard Panzer IV tank, we have made many design changes in this set. The tank turret was replaced with a shielded quadruple anti-aircraft gun. We also added plant camouflage, which combined with the late-war tank painting looks simply amazing! The tank chassis has also changed slightly. The cannon rotates 360 degrees and can also be moved up/down. After detaching the turret you can look inside the vehicle. There is a brick engine under the service hatch, which is also suitable for display next to the model. The set includes a detailed figure of a Luftwaffe anti-aircraft soldier. The whole is complemented by a black plate with the name and scale of the set. Build an amazing historical vehicle from the end of World War II!
