The Bismarck was a German World War II battleship commissioned on August 24, 1940. It was the largest Kriegsmarine ship next to its twin "Tirpitz". On September 28, 1940, Bismarck made her maiden voyage. She was sunk on May 27, 1941, during a naval battle.

The all-new ship model created by COBI was produced in a scale of 1:300. It consists of 2789 elements and is 86.5 cm long. The latest edition of Bismarck is a ship designed completely from scratch. It contains over 700 more bricks compared to older editions! It faithfully reflects the proportions of the historical ship and preserves all its essential elements, including the original camouflage.

The design showcases the "Baltic paint scheme," characterized by its striking black and white stripes along with the red tops of the artillery towers. These colours were specifically utilized during training exercises in the Baltic Sea. Many of the blocks boast high-quality, abrasion-resistant prints! This model is equipped with various movable components, including propellers, rudders, rotating turrets, and adjustable gun barrels. Additionally, the set comes with a sleek black brick display stand featuring a plate that displays the ship's name.

The model is huge, has great display value and we especially recommend it to lovers of history, naval engineering and block collectors. It does not require gluing or painting, because its entire body and all elements consist of high-quality COBI construction blocks.
