Pressed on Clear Vinyl and released via 4AD, The Mirror is Buck Meek's fourth solo record and a genuinely stunning step forward in his artistic journey. Recorded at Meek and Germaine Dunes' log cabin studio Ringo Bingo, with vocals captured outdoors on the front porch while the band played inside, the album carries a warmth and intimacy that feels utterly alive from the first listen.

Born from the idea of combining the live, kinetic energy of Big Thief with an oblique and expansive electronic world, The Mirror was brought to life in close collaboration with producer James Krivchenia. Adrianne Lenker, Germaine Dunes, Staci Foster, and Jolie Holland lend their voices to a choir throughout, and the record also features fan favourite tracks from Meek's warmly received 2024 Australian tour.

Born in Wimberley, Texas, Buck Meek is a folk and indie rock musician best known as the lead guitarist and backing vocalist for Grammy nominated Big Thief.
