In 1986 Frank Miller unleashed one of the most popular and influential Batman graphic novels of our time, The Dark Knight Returns. The four part series told an alternate story of a 55 year old Bruce Wayne who returns from retirement to fight the criminals that oppose Gotham City. In this series Batman stands toe-to-toe with a variety of enemies including the Joker, the Mutants and Sons of Batman vigilante gang and he finally squares off with his once friend, Superman. He does this with the help of a newly introduced Robin named Carrie Kelley, the first full-time female Robin.
In celebration of 30 years since the release of this award winning graphic novel, Prime 1 Studios are proud to present their 1:3 scale The Dark Knight Returns Batman statue.
