Mister Bloom, a notorious figure in Gotham City, was like a harmful weed, scattering his wicked influence everywhere. He possessed the dual role of a Super-Villain and a manipulative force. His sinister plan involved distributing lethal Man-Bat-based implants, which bestowed extraordinary abilities upon a fresh breed of criminals like Precious Precious, Gee Gee Heung, and Qi Tsu. Utilizing these very implants, Mister Bloom transformed, becoming a formidable assassin with immense strength, razor-sharp claws, and the uncanny ability to stretch his body to extraordinary lengths.
