Originally released on August 4, 2017, this was the band’s fifteenth studio album, earning a 2017 Metal Storm Award for Best Heavy Metal/Melodic Album and a German Metal Hammer Award nomination for Best Album in 2018.

Continuing the powerful streak that began with their 2010 comeback, The Rise of Chaos delivers crushing riffs, razor-sharp production from Andy Sneap, and lyrics reflecting the turbulence of modern times. Highlights include “Die By The Sword,” “Koolaid,” and the blistering title track. The artwork by Gyula Havancsák mirrors the album’s themes of visible and invisible destruction, a perfect visual for Accept’s apocalyptic precision.
