Usually Lotus would be guiding you, but this time we’ve led her straight to Youtooz for her debut! 

Taking a step forward to stand at 5 inches tall with her arms bent and pressed together touching as her hands touch at the knuckles, a calm smile peers out from under a pointed helmet that stretches up into three points with a glowing blue orb at the center. With a long cloak flowing from her neck to drag along the ground at either side, she wears a tight black and purple bodysuit with blue shoulders and a golden neckpiece as thick tubes curl out from the ABC of her head. 

The exterior of her packaging sees shadowy spaceships flying in front of obscured plants, while the interior looks down onto its pink surface as asteroids float over the top. The protective sleeve is then a cool blue-to-white gradient as her figure can be seen through the large clear window at the packaging’s front. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve and a custom-sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping.

However, sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some sort of manufacturing issue thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. Popcultcha will only accept returns, process refunds, or exchange goods if we are contacted or notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods at your nominated delivery address. Upon us receiving the notification of damage or a manufacturing issue, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the particular product that has the issue. We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss you options in relation to the product issue.
