I bought this figure to use the parts for a custom Superman. It worked well for what I needed it for, as the body, boots, and belt were all of good quality. The head sculpts look a little goofy, but the capes hang well.

Great figure very underrated yes could be a bit bulkier but great accessories and a great costume make this a worthwhile purchase. Love the smirking sculpt.
John Byrne, your Superman is Ready.

Okay I was a huge comic nerd in the 80s. Yeah decades before being a nerd was cool...anyway John Bryne (Legendary X-Men artist) visited Superman and reinvented him for the masses and made him more "human"....anyway this Sideshow figure feels like a love letter to John. This figure received so much hate when the prototype pictures came out because it was photographed on a smaller scale body, but it's not the case. Is it as massive as the Batman Bodies they use? No....But I never thought of Supes as a flying Conan. He's built and ripped and muscular but not outrageously so. He's the perfect interpretation of the Comic Book Supes, back when he still wore trunks. Some say the heads seem big but it's the square jaw line that throws most people off. Truly another amazing figure in the DC line. BTW has anyone noticed when Sideshow does a D.C. Figure the costumes are dead on likeness and when they do Marvel figures they do their own version??

Must have piece for the classic Superman. Heads are a bit oversized, but can be posed so it doesn't look that way. The burning eyes looks awesome
