Friday the 13th - Jason Voorhees Legend of Crystal Lake Premium Format Statue
Since 1980 Jason Voorhees has haunted Camp Crystal Lake on Friday the 13th, mass murdering all who are there because of the negligence shown towards him when he was camping there. The saga spans 12 films and almost 3 decades. Jason died at Camp Crystal Lake when he was just a boy causing his mother to seek revenge on the camp. However, in Friday the 13th: Part 2 it is revealed that Jason is alive and fully grown and is ready to seek his own vengeance. Even when the campers believe they have killed him, the supernatural figure always finds a way to return to his hunt.
Sideshow Collectibles have created this Premium Format Statue based on the cold-blooded killer of Crystal Lake. The design is based on Friday the 13th: Part III, where Jason first put’s on his now infamous hockey mask. He has been designed haunched over and holding his blood-soaked machete. He is standing on a base decorated with effigies of his most recent teenaged victims hidden amongst gnarled branches.
