Dragon Age - Dragon Age: Inquisition - Alistair 1/6th Scale Action Figure

Alistair was raised by Arl Eamon Guerrin of Redcliffe, being brought up to believe that his mother was a serving maid who died in childbirth. Alistair was trained to become a templar for many years by the Chantry, this being how he learned most of his martial skills. He was found to be ill-suited to a life of religious devotion, however.

Swooping is bad

As a huge Alistair fan, there was no way I was going to miss out on owning this figure, and he is definitely worth the price! For starters, the figure is much larger than I had expected which was a pleasant surprise and it helps to bring out the more intricate details.
His sword and shield are wonderfully crafted especially, with realistic grooves in the wood and fur and some lovely designs on the swords handle.
Alistairs clothing is made up almost entirely of varying materials which adds to the more realistic look, but will also mean that dust is going to cling to him very easily, which can be a bit annoying. Ive put him in my figure cabinet, with the only other option being to keep him in the boxes plastic. There is no option to keep him as a mint in box figure.
My only nitpicks here would be that it can be difficult to get him to stand at times, but this seems to be a common trait with articulated figures. His hands are also troublesome to remove and put in. I spent the whole time freaking out that id break him, but with some fiddling it worked out. The hands are more rubbery which makes it easuer to fit the sword and shield handles.
Overall, he is an amazing figure and one of my favorites of my collection. A must have for any dragon age fan!
