Philomena, the Muse of Bone, emerged from deep within the True Spirit along with her sisters, the Muse of Spirit and the Muse of Flesh, to bring hope and guidance to the fledgling Death long before he built the Underworld and its capital city, Illverness. As a righteous influencer at heart, the Muse of Flesh exudes power and purpose with a perpetual calmness, and acts as the administrator and adjudicator of the sisterhood of Muses to keep their actions in check, enforcing her ruling whether her sisters wish to abide by them or not.
Standing at a commanding 16” tall, the Muse of Flesh has been carefully crafted with an intricate head sculpt featuring sharp cheekbones and high brows, and a formal yet elegant costume with a decorative rib-cage bodice leading into acute pleats of her skirt. Her evocative costume is finished wiht ornamental spinal column decorations along her back, knee-high boots adorned with miniature skulls, and a fierce headdress to depict her strength and beauty.
"It was very important that her garments be very rigid and architectural, but still exude feminine elegance and strength," said Esther Skandunas, Costume Fabrication Artist. "We chose fabrics that maintain their shape well to compliment her bone structure, ribs, and spine."
With ball-jointed articulation in her ankles, knees, hips, wrists, elbows, waist, shoulders, and neck, plus custom eye plug-ins and magnetic hand attachments, this finely crafted resin doll is highly pose-able and customisable to create your own dark fantasy display. With the Muse of Bone in your collection, an otherworldly sense of ancient erudition will be evoked as Philomena’s eyes glow with an ethereal prudence and fill you with inspiration.

However, sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some sort of manufacturing issue thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. Popcultcha will only accept returns, process refunds, or exchange goods if we are contacted or notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods at your nominated delivery address. Upon us receiving the notification of damage or a manufacturing issue, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the particular product that has the issue. We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss you options in relation to the product issue.
