In the topsy-turvy world of Wonderland, the card soldiers are under the servitude of the Queen of Hearts. They make up her military force and obey her orders without question—though this is more out of fear than loyalty. They are first introduced in Alice in Wonderland with booming fanfare, signaling the entrance of the Queen herself.
An Ace of Spades takes the form of a crossbody bag, complete with applique head and feet. The ace of spades symbol appears in printed detail on the body of the bag, just like an actual playing card. The symbol also takes the shape of his head and mouth while on the back of the bag, the Queen of Hearts bellows with flailing fists.
