Shipping Costs

Once you reach the checkout at Popcultcha we will calculate the shipping costs of your order.

Australian Customers

All customers having goods shipped domestically within Australia with an aggregate sale price of $100 or greater per order will not be charged any shipping costs!

We want to reward customers for using our store and we are happy to wear the cost of shipping you your item(s) over $100. If your shopping basket totals less than $100, we have made a flat postage rate of $6 on any and all items. We have implemented a $6 flat rate because we don't want your hard earned cash being eaten up with freight costs, we would rather you get more stuff for your money!

Popcultcha generally uses Australia Post for all domestic deliveries unless your order is particularly bulky or heavy in which case we would use our freight courier, Star Track Express. In either case, you will only be liable for the calculated shipping cost as displayed at the Popcultcha checkout, and explained above.

International Customers

Shipping costs vary depending on where your nominated delivery address is located, the weight of your goods, the cost of your goods and if you elect to insure the shipment.

Popcultcha generally uses Australia Post International Air Freight and your shipping costs calculated at the checkout will be charged at the actual cost of freight for this service. Please note that the usual service standard via Australia Post International Air Freight is 4-15 business days worldwide.

Please note - some of our items may be too heavy or big to send internationally, in which case any money recieved for the item will be refunded in full.

Returns Policy

Here at Popcultcha we take pride in ensuring that your goods are packed carefully and arrive to your nominated delivery address safely. We recognise the importance of buying mint condition collectables and do the best we possibly can to ensure they remain that way door to door. However, sometimes items can become damaged whether it is a manufacturer's defect, courier problem or we may have made a mistake!

If you find that on arrival the goods are damaged or there is some kind of manufacturer's defect making the goods unfit for their intended purpose, please notify Popcultcha immediately either via email at info@popcultcha.com or via telephone on +61 3 5229 1992.

Popcultcha will only accept returns or process refunds if we are contacted within 7 days of you receiving the goods at your nominated delivery address.

Popcultcha deals in popular merchandise and at times products do sell out. If your goods received turn out to be damaged or defective, we will endeavour to replace the goods subject to availability. If the goods have subsequently sold out we will give you a full refund or store credit instead.

The goods returned to us must be returned in the exact condition you received them and returned in their entirety (no part returns). Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund you the price paid for the goods (including any GST) plus shipping to and from your nominated delivery address. If you elect to have a store credit, your credit will only appear after we have receipted and processed the returned goods.
