Pretty useless, but also pretty pretty,

I have to confess, I have a soft spot for this little fella (lass?) Despite the apparent uselessness of a square mug with a lid (what will they think of next?) I wouldn't be without it. I don't even use it to store anything, it just sits there with it's buddies looking awesome. Who knows, one day I might actually drink from it and discover that a mug with a lid will revolutionise my world view. For now, all I can say is that you need this in your life. Trust me.

When deciding on whether to purchase this little beauty earlier in the year, I had to ask myself 'Who really NEEDS a very impractical SQUARE mug?' the answer is, nobody. But when I reworded my question and asked myself 'Who really NEEDS and very impractical SQUARE mug that looks like the TARDIS?' the answer, quite obviously, is EVERYBODY!!! And then I bought it and definitely don't regret it!

As a mug, it's kind of useless for drinking out of, and it's hard to stir your coffee, but that's not the point, THE POINT is that it's The TARDIS, and it's a beautiful little object to own.
Look, I'm not a big fan of plastic, I can't take plastic things as seriously, but these are beautifully made and feel weighty and solid.
As I said, as far as a mug goes, it's kind of useless... and also note that you must never put these in the microwave it will upset the neutron flow of the innards and the Doctor (a really little doctor who lives inside will become very cross and may reverse the polarity of your buttocks).
BUT... You CAN use it for other things, Jelly Babies, Herbs?
*looks innocent*
Also, if you have a friend who loves Doctor Who and hasn't got one of these, and their Birthday, House Warming or Pon Farr is coming up and you want to give them something sweet, then buy one of these.
Buy two, because when you see it, you'll want to keep it, even if you're not a fan... Your Gran will come over and say "Oh you've got a TARDIS, very nice, your Great Uncle Trevor had a real one during the war, did you know?"
Mind you, Gran is a bit crazy... although...
Serious note?
They're solid, but they're ceramic, so they can break, especially the lids, be very very careful with the lids, and be really careful when washing them.
Get one, or two, you'll love them!
