The retail store Card Mania has been operating now for 15 years. We have grown exponentially from the days of being a small basketball card shop in Geelong to now being a globally recognised leader of specialised mail order service in the Collectable, Toy and Gift industries.

Our reputation has arisen from the countless hours our guys and gals put into ensuring all our customers receive their goods in mint condition and in a timely fashion. The utmost care is taken by our staff in packing your goods to ensure a safe and expeditious journey to your delivery address, both domestically and internationally.

We have sent thousands upon thousands of orders all over the world since the business's inception and we are proud of the fact that all our customers are satisfied with the service they are offered.

Our staff have been working in the industry for many years and have developed an extensive knowledge of the products, manufacturers and the customers we service.

Why have we opened an on-line store called "Popcultcha"?

We know how busy our customers are with work, family, sporting and other commitments and we recognise how difficult it is to find the time to "walk the beat" to find decent products. Also, collectors and customers come from all geographic locations both within Australia and Internationally and it is not always possible to physically access your local Collectables, Comic or Card store.

We have made it so easy for you now to buy all those goodies that you "NEED!" as part of your collection. Popcultcha is a "One-Stop-Shop" that caters for die-hard collectors looking for exclusive, new or back catalogue pieces, browsers, customers looking for that quirky Christmas or Birthday gift, CCG card players, Trading Card collectors and Music lovers looking for merchandise not readily available in your local Record Store.

Our Staff

Ash has a background in Law and Accounting. Having worked as a Lawyer and Accountant in Melbourne and London, Ash has returned to his hometown of Geelong to build on the existing business and to help in making Popcultcha Australia's most extensive on-line store in the area of Collectables, Toys, Gifts and Music Merchandise.

In his spare time, Ash goes to music gigs and is also a mediocre football player!

Adam has been with the business for 5 years and has honed his Web and Graphic design skills to assist in making Popcultcha a very cool experience for all users.

Adam has a background in Commerce and has been a collector of our merchandise for most of his life. He has an exemplary product knowledge and ensures Popcultcha has the latest and greatest products on offer.

In his spare time, Adam is an avid player and fan of Warcraft and a mediocre Jiu-jitsu competitor!

Nigel has been with the business for over 8 years and has a knowledge of our products second to none. Nigel manages our retail store, Card Mania. Many of you will know Nigel from previous dealings in our Geelong store, via mail order or via our Ebay store.

In his spare time, Nigel feels that he will be the next Joe Hashim and is working toward having a big enough buy-in for the world stage in Las Vegas.

Mark is the new "old" kid on the block. He joined the business in 2007 but has been in the industry for the majority of his adult life. Having worked in several comic stores and having been a collector his whole life, Mark has an excellent working knowledge of all our products and will be constantly looking at new ranges and ideas to make Popcultcha a leading online store.

In his spare time, Mark reads comics and engages in most other geeky pastimes!
